ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

Parents have to follow the code of conduct mentioned below for the withdrawal of admission of the their ward. Cooperation from the parents side is highly expected.

1. Parents have to submit the written application to the office administrator for the admission withdrawal of the child.

2. Parents will get the printed format of withdrawal from school administrator.

3. Parents have to fill that form and take the clearance signatures of dues if any from concern in charges of following departments of the school.

4. Once clearance is taken, parents have to meet Principal for the approval and then submit it to office administrator.

5. Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week the receipt of the withdrawal form.

6. Payments of the first term fees is compulsory for the parents who want to withdraw their ward admission before first term examination.

7. Payments of full academic year is compulsory for the parents who want to withdraw their wards admission during second term.
